The Northern Highlands Junior Football and Cheerleading Association (the "Association") promotes the development of our members through their participation in youth football and cheerleading.  We are committed to the following (1) teaching and developing the fundamentals of football and cheerleading at increasing levels of competition; (2) allowing every child a chance to play or perform; (3) promoting good sportsmanship and athletic achievement; and (4) providing a rewarding experience for all participants.

We are members of the Northern Bergen Junior Football League and compete against the other teams in the area.  The Association is open to all children (Football Grades K-8, Cheerleading Grades 1-8) who live in the towns of Allendale,
Ho-Ho-Kus, Saddle River and Upper Saddle River. We are in the process of being a certified non-profit organization staffed solely by volunteers.  Funding of the Association is obtained through registration fees, donations, and fundraisers. All football coaches are required to be certified by the Rutgers S.A.F.E.T.Y. Clinic,  and must pass a background check and obtain concussion awareness training.
